Transform 30: Day 1. It’s time to transform! I have made a decision to do a challenge to better my mind, body and soul.
A 30 day detox that will energize me from head to toe, Inner to Outer.
Cheer me on as you watch me day by day and the struggles, or not, as I take this part of my life to a new level.
A very simple plan that consists of 2 protein shakes a day. Based on whole food nutrition, it makes the most sense to me! I chose this particular vehicle to get me there because it consists of a very healthy, easy, non complicated, no additives, or preservatives detox.
I started my day off with some relaxing, calming meditation. This completely allowed for my morning to have a better flow that was calming.
At the end of the day, my husband and I hiked up Stone Mountain. It was very peaceful and quite a workout! 2 miles total. A great cardio workout. The best part was that it didn’t feel like an excersise routine. So, my suggestion to you would be to do something that doesn’t feel like an excersise routine and the flow of it all works so much better.
So, this transform 30 not only will help me with my goal of gaining some lean muscle mass, but, give me the sense of an overall transformation.
