Transform 30, Day 14! Had a great 2nd week. Maintained my weight, and lost another half inch around my waist.
These are the challenges being a mom! However, keeping myself in sight of my goal has been keeping me accountable for my actions. So, after that little cheating on Sunday, I was ready to immediately turn to my goal and keep moving towards it.
Remember, this is a detox program. So, loosing weight is just an added benefit. Some will actually gain weight, which indicates the lean muscle mass is building.
So, what does detox mean? By definition: ~ treatment designed to rid the body of poisonous substances.
In doing this detox program, I’ve come to realize that not only have I gained the much needed energy, I’ve been able to recognize the foods to eliminate that have cause the swelling in my ankle.
